Larry is highly skilled journeyman floor covering mechanic with over 43 years experience in the floor covering industry.  Larry has an eye for detail and quality that sets his work apart from others in the field.  As the owner of Exclusive Floor Covering he possesses a product knowledge that results in no question going unanswered.  Striving for complete customer satisfaction providing nothing less than the highest quality craftsmanship for his customers, Larry has always taken great pride in giving personal attention and service to all of our customers starting with the selection process through final installation. Larry is constantly looking for ways to improve with every customer; developing a relationship of trust and friendship as he is committed to making your visit a pleasant experience.

Laura DeSmith-Office Manager  
With unwavering attention to detail and customer service Laura is a great asset as the Office Manager.  Laura handles day to day operations in the office including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and payroll.  Laura helps in keeping all the paper moving so the rest of the staff can concentrate on customer service.  She is responsible for assisting Larry and Exclusive Floor Covering with all networking operations; including local benefits, training seminars and trade shows.  Laura’s behind the scenes skills and ability is a terrific asset to Exclusive Floor Covering, providing efficiency and dedication our customers.  Once again her friendly personality and attention to detail only adds to our strength and support.

Cassie Blascyk-Sales and Interior Design
Cassie Blascyk has been with Exclusive Floor Covering since 2003.  Cassie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University in 2004, and specializes in helping create the perfect look and feel for your home. She has a true passion for design and can help assist in the decision making process of color planning for your home or business.  She continues to increase her knowledge in the flooring covering industry by attending seminars and training classes.  Job site visits to your home or business are available to help choose all of your floor covering needs.  Cassie looks forward to meeting with you to provide you with the hands on customer service and attention you deserve. 

Jennifer Beard-Sales
Jennifer joined the team in 2008 and brings with her over 6 years of builder/customer service experience. She is well versed in assisting customers with flooring selections for color, design and function. She continues to update her knowledge in the flooring industry by attending training seminars and classes. Jennifer believes customer satisfaction is number one and looks forward to meeting your flooring requirements.
