Cushion/Pad:
Cushion or padding is extremely important in the consideration to purchase carpeting, although many people are not aware of its significance. The selection of pad, which does not meet manufacturers’ specifications, can actually negate your carpeting warranty, and actually allow your carpeting to fail in several ways before it should. We offer several different products, which vary in density and thickness, some even have a protective moisture barrier attached. Our knowledgeable sales staff will educate you about the benefits of the padding we carry (and drawbacks… if you choose a below-specification pad) and help you decide which padding best suits your application.

Hardwood:
Hardwood is a long lasting flooring option, which will increase the value of your home. Exclusive Floor Covering’s showroom displays many different species of hardwood including bamboo, cork, and exotic hardwoods, which offer unique looks and styles. We also carry traditional pre-finished and un-finished woods such as oak, maple, walnut and pine, just to name a few. Laminate:
Laminate flooring is an interesting approach to flooring in a residential home and commercial application.  Floating flooring and easy locking systems create a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing floor, with very low maintenance and high durability.  Traditional and modern flooring styles create realistic looking “hardwood”, “ceramic” and “stone” tiles.

Benefits to laminate include ease of maintenance, there is no stubborn grout to clean or marble to polish and maintain.  Laminate is also resistant against the impact of dents, water, scuffs and scratches, is easy to clean and virtually maintenance free.
The cleaning of laminates simply require vacuuming or sweeping and occasional light damp moping with the manufactures recommended cleaner.
So if there's a room in the house that really requires a usable, carefree and very durable floor covering, consider laminate.

Vinyl:
Vinyl flooring has had many great advances within the last several years, including No-Wax care, protection against mold, mildew and alkali, along with excellent resistance to scuffing and scratching. Widths include 6’ and 12’ widths. Some vinyl is now available with “… no rip, tear, or gouge…” limited warranties, and warranties against stain and fade. New products introduced include Fiber Floor an innovative product that can be loose laid for ease of installation.

Sanding and Refinishing:
Providing dust control floor sanding equipment greatly reduces the amount of airborne dust in your home or business.  We also use high quality water or oil based polyurethanes to refinish the floor.

Custom color selection is available or we would be happy to match an existing hardwood color.  Hardwood flooring is a natural product and absorbs stains differently so we always have the customer choose a stain color that best fits the look of there home.

Board Replacement is also available if damaged boards are present.  We can also add onto an area of existing wood with a raw wood and stain to match.

Sanding and Refinishing is available on new or existing hardwood or existing prefinished hardwood flooring.  We also offer custom boarders and inserts to complete a beautiful and stylish hardwood floor.

Screen and Recoating is available for the customer whose floor has surface scratches and would like a freshened up look to there home or business. 

Tile:
Offering a broad array of product types including floor tile, wall tile, mosaics and decorative tile.  Styles ranging from modern and contemporary to classic and elegant, you can find the product to suit virtually any use throughout the home or office. Ceramic tile adds value to a home, is low maintenance, and has a long floor covering “life”. Homeowners should be aware of this value and realize that it is not reserved for the “well-to-do”.
