We had a unique situation in attempting to match new carpet to already existing eight-year-old carpet. We had shopped at several other stores before finding yours. Kristen searched and found a very close match, better than we had seen at any other dealer, even those with extensive stock. Additionally, Kristen was extremely pleasant and a great communicator, providing excellent service throughout the transaction. She suggested acquiring larger samples for us to take home and promptly did so. We had previously searched at a large dealer close by, and the staff was not even remotely as friendly and helpful.

Larry’s expertise was immediately evident in his suggestions to enhance how the carpeting should be installed in both the great room and particularly on the stairway. He offered to “build out” some steps before covering them to enhance the appearance. He was right. The result was excellent! Additionally, no seams are evident as was the case with the original installation.

In short, your company provided superior service and workmanship, and all at a very fair price. This is the “old fashioned” type of service so rare today. We will certainly want to make future floor covering purchases at your store, and will recommend you highly.”

Using a combination of lasers and taught string lines, to determine the low spots, they cut and installed various thicknesses of material, then finished up with a trowel-on leveler. The result after the hardwood was installed was amazing.
